Everything included, every plan

No add-on required for any of this — it's the core of what running a league actually takes.

Enrollment & registration

A public enrollment form per team, with guardian information and waivers built into the flow — not bolted on afterward.

Set an open/close window and an optional spot limit for a season, then share the enrollment link or QR code. Guardian contact info is collected automatically for minors, so there's no separate "add a parent" step later. Every applicable waiver is shown inline and must be accepted before submitting. Once a league admin confirms an application, it creates the player, the user account, and the roster entry all in one step.

  • Season-based registration periods with open/close dates and spot limits
  • Guardian info collected automatically for minor applicants
  • Digital waivers required and tracked per signature
  • One confirmation step creates the account, player, and roster entry together

Roster management

One roster per team per season, with role-based access so everyone sees exactly what applies to them.

Coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and players are all assigned to a team with a role and, for players, a jersey number. Each player profile carries the emergency contact and any medical notes coaches actually need on game day. Rosters are scoped to a season, so last year's roster doesn't clutter this year's view.

  • Role-based access for head coach, assistant coach, team manager, and player
  • Jersey numbers and per-player notes
  • Emergency contact and medical info on every player profile
  • Scoped to a season — no manual archiving between years

Scheduling & RSVP

A full calendar of games and practices that lands directly in the calendar app families already use.

Build out a season's games and practices with facility details, opponent, and home/away — families RSVP with a note, and coaches see who's coming at a glance. Every event supports calendar subscribe (iCal), so it appears in Google or Apple Calendar automatically, including updates and cancellations, with no manual re-entry required.

  • Games and practices with facility/location details and map links
  • RSVP tracking (attending / maybe / not attending) with notes
  • iCal subscribe — events, updates, and cancellations sync automatically
  • Cancellations show a reason, visible to the team immediately

Payments via Stripe

Stripe under the hood, so registration money goes straight into the league's own account.

Every league connects its own Stripe account through a guided, self-serve onboarding flow (Stripe Connect Express) — no manual application or waiting on us. Registration fees are charged directly to that account. A flat $2 platform fee is added on top at checkout, paid by the family, not deducted from the league — you receive exactly the price you set, dollar for dollar. Payment status updates automatically via Stripe webhooks, so there's no manual reconciliation.

  • Stripe Connect Express onboarding — fast and self-serve
  • Registration fees paid directly into the league's own Stripe account
  • Flat $2 platform fee added at checkout, paid by the registrant
  • Automatic payment confirmation, no manual reconciliation

Announcements

One-to-many updates to a team, with pinned posts for the things families really can't miss.

Post an update to a team in a couple of clicks. Pin the important ones — a schedule change, a tryout date — so they stay at the top instead of scrolling away. Set visibility to public (shown on the team's public page, no login required) or team-members-only for internal updates.

  • Pinned announcements stay at the top of the list
  • Public or team-members-only visibility
  • Rich text formatting for links and emphasis
  • Shown on both the public team page and the family portal

Public team pages

A shareable page per team, out of the box — no separate website to stand up.

Every team automatically gets a public page showing upcoming events, pinned announcements, and an enrollment call-to-action, styled with the team's own color. Generate a QR code straight from the page for flyers or a team binder, so signing up is a phone-camera scan away.

  • Auto-generated page per team, no separate website needed
  • Upcoming events and pinned announcements shown publicly
  • One-click QR code generator for print or in-person sharing
  • Custom team color

Sponsor management

Recognize sponsors on your team pages, and optionally collect their payment through the same Stripe account already funding registration.

Add a sponsor at the league level — shown on every team's public page — or tied to one specific team. Upload a logo or link to one already hosted, add a contact, and set an amount. Requesting payment emails the sponsor a link to pay through Stripe: the same flat $2 platform fee as registration, added on top and paid by the sponsor, never deducted from the amount you set. A sponsor can just as easily be tracked without ever touching Stripe, if they paid by check or in person.

  • League-wide or team-specific sponsors
  • Logo upload, or link to one already hosted online
  • Optional Stripe payment collection — flat $2 platform fee, same as registration
  • Shown automatically on the sponsor's team page(s)

Carpool coordination

A simple ride-offer board for games and practices — free on every plan.

A parent posts a ride to a specific event — how many seats, where they're leaving from — and other families claim a seat for their player. It's deliberately a simple offer board, not a booking system with accounts or a matching algorithm: just parents coordinating directly, the way it already happens in group texts, just visible to the whole team.

  • Ride offers per event with seat count and pickup location
  • Other families claim a seat for their own player
  • Seat counts update automatically as offers fill up
  • Free on every plan, no add-on required

Team communication

Staff-to-player messaging — for a minor, it goes to a consented guardian instead, never to the child.

Staff can message a specific player directly. Minors don't hold their own login, though, so a thread about a minor player is never actually with the child — it goes straight to a consented guardian's account instead, by design, with no way for staff to reach a minor one-on-one. Staff-to-staff threads (coach to coach, manager to coach) work normally, since no minors are involved on either side.

  • Staff-to-player/guardian messaging
  • No private one-on-one messaging between staff and a minor
  • Separate staff-to-staff threads for coach and manager coordination
  • Unread badges so nothing gets missed
  • Email notifications for new messages
